Michael Biehn’s Directorial Debut ‘The Victim’ Gets DVD and Blu-Ray Release
You might know him as Kyle Reese, the man who battled The Terminator and lost, Cpl. Dwayne Hicks who nearly survived Aliens, but died and Lt. Coffey who discovered The Abyss…and died. Does it make you feel a bit weird and old if we describe him as a “veteran actor”? Well I guess that’s what he is, however, now he can add Director to his CV.
Venturing into the grindhouse genre, Biehn’s Directorial debut The Victim stars Michael Biehn, his wife Jennifer Blanc, Danielle Harris, Ryan Honey and Tanya Newbould.
Synopsis:
During a social outing deep in the quiet woodland with close friend Mary, Annie’s life is put in jeopardy when she is witness to a violent act at the hands of two Sheriff’s Deputies. Fleeing from the attackers she stumbles across Kyle, a shady recluse living in a cabin the middle of the woods. The rugged loner stays far from civilisation, which is until a knock on the door throws his solitary life into chaos. Having been affected by Mary’s desperate bid for her life, Kyle bravely decides to take Sheriff’s law into his own hands. Two worlds collide in this psychological thriller that will make you question your trust in mankind. Who is The Victim?
The Victim will be hitting the shelves on the 24th September 2012 and will be available in Blu-ray and DVD.
