Django Unchained – What to Watch This Weekend

Quentin Tarantino’s latest Django Unchained (the D is silent) has already had 5 Nominations for the Oscars including Best Picture, Screenplay (which you can download by clicking on the link below), Cinematography, Sound Editing and Christopher Waltz as Supporting Actor. Some are calling it Tarantino’s greatest work. Annoyingly it’s been out in the US a little while now but it’s hitting the UK cinemas today and if you’re not affected by the snow this weekend, then this is the perfect opportunity to catch up on your screen tan.

Django (Jamie Foxx) is a freed slave, who under the tutelage of a German bounty hunter (Christoph Waltz) becomes a bounty hunter himself, and together they track down his slave wife (Kerry Washington) and liberate her from the evil plantation owner (Leonardo DiCaprio). The cast also includes Jonah Hill, Amber Tamblyn, Dennis Christopher, Walton Goggins, M.C. Gainey, Don Johnson, Anthony LaPaglia, Zoe Bell, James Russo, James Remar, Todd Allen and Franco Nero.
