Some fans will do anything to find out what happens to their favourite TV show. Bernalillo County Sheriff’s officials in New Mexico have said that Xavier Macafee, 29, was being held on suspicion of burglary. According to authorities, Macafee is accused of breaking into “Breaking Bad” actor Bryan Cranston’s car late last year and stealing a script for the TV set in New Mexico and has been arrested.
Deputy Aaron Williamson, a spokesman for the sheriff’s department, said none of the stolen items have been recovered but detectives were investigating the case. He said other items reported taken from Cranston’s car were an iPad, a shoulder bag and “miscellaneous personal items.”
“Breaking Bad” follows the fictional character Walter White, a high school chemistry teacher turned meth lord and his sidekick a former student named Jesse Pinkman, who’s played by Aaron Paul.
The award-winning show is filming it’s final half of it’s final season and has made the town it’s set in a tourist attraction with fans visiting local eateries and tours.
