ProspHire expands and diversifies its seasoned leadership team.

ProspHire, a female-owned and rapidly growing management consulting firm, announced the appointment of Heather McCague as Director of Marketing and Communications, effective September 2017. In this role, McCague will manage the firm’s brand, oversee internal and external communications and assist with client service, recruiting and business development. She joins the firm’s leadership team and will help diversify ProspHire’s clients and services.

McCague has 18+ years of experience in internal and digital communications, employer branding and change management. She is a seasoned communicator, adept at building and extending brands across multiple platforms and seeing large-scale projects through from ideation to completion. Heather was most recently the Director of Digital Communication at Mylan where she served as a strategic communications advisor to executives, program managed the company’s global intranet and social business platform, and partnered with stakeholders to use social tools to achieve business outcomes.

Heather is a Pittsburgh-boomerang, who lived and worked in New York City for ten years. Her previous employers include Pfizer, Ketchum, JWT, Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Ernst & Young where Heather served as Assistant Director of Internal Communications for the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. 

Heather graduated from John Carroll University with a B.A. in Communications and has an M.S. in Strategic Communication from Columbia University.
