The Prospect Solutions team recently took a trip to Punta Cana for some rest and relaxation. This was an industry retreat intended to bring together top sales and marketing professionals, according to Mike V., the company Director.

​The Prospect Solutions team members traveled to the Dominican Republic to meet with other professionals from around their industry. Mike indicated that this is an annual conference aimed at sharing knowledge while also enjoying some relaxation. The team’s all-inclusive stay was at the Hard Rock Hotel.

“It is really humbling to get together and work with others from our industry on achieving success,” Mike said. “Everyone feels energized by being in the tropical paradise. It was a great experience to be able to network with some of the best and brightest in our space. Everyone discussed strategy and what has been working in different markets. It was a great learning opportunity.”

The event included socializing, talks from business leaders, and relaxing in the tropical sun. According to Mike, getting to represent Prospect Solutions at the conference was quite the reward.

“Since working in this industry and now owning my own business, I’ve never had so much exposure to international travel on an annual basis and it’s because of my job,” he said. “My first plane ride, my first time traveling outside of the country, and my first all-inclusive vacation was because of this job and I’m always thankful for it.”

Mike indicated that traveling together has been a great team-building tool for Prospect Solutions. He asserted that getting to relax and socialize outside the office helps to develop trust. This is only compounded by the shared experience of visiting a tropical destination like Punta Cana.
